Cooperation as a springboard for your company's success

Personnel has now become a critical success factor. The quality and quantity of applicants is sometimes insufficient, making it difficult to fill vacancies. It is also important to keep existing employees happy. We can help you with this and advise you on how to find suitable candidates for your company, particularly through our dual and part-time study principle, and how to satisfy and develop your employees in the long term.

With our range of dual Bachelor’s and part-time Bachelor’s, Master’s and MBA study programs and our part-time doctoral program, we offer a suitable personnel recruitment and development measure for every stage of your employees’ development: whether for high school graduates, trainees, experienced professionals or specialists and managers.
